面試率：42%
同一個人，同一份履歷。
差了將近 8 倍。
如果只看表面，很容易覺得：
referral 比較有用。
但我後來發現，問題其實不是這個。
真正的差別是：
你是不是有策略地被看見。
Easy Apply 的問題不是它沒用，
而是你只是「其中一個人」。
如果你現在的狀態是：
投很多，但很少回音
或是面試走不到後面
那通常不是因為你不夠努力。
而是策略沒有對齊。
